A submission for  https://itch.io/jam/gmtk-2020

This game is about a scientist who researched mind shifting and finally shifted his own mind out of his body. Now he stuck in a labyrinth-like laboratory with many bodies available for possession. Some of them are unconscious, other ones are looking for the scientist. Unfortunately he can't control which body he will possess next. The only thing he can do is drinking special potions to make body switching more rarely. His goal is to find exit of the lab.

This game is made by one person, so it isn't so pretty. But I tried to do something playable in two days.

I found it I'm safe!
It's a fun concept~ I think you could have pushed it a bit further, with perhaps puzzle elements for different characters to solve, so the player had to keep multiple characters in mind while preforming the actions. and perhaps only had a limited amount of time per character(permanently, meaning they die or so after a while), forcing them to work with all of them or fail.
but I did actually enjoy it a lot :P

Thank you very much!

I wasn't fast enough this time to make more and better. Sorry for that!

it took me about 12 secs to complete the game  awfully short and level design is notworking with the games idea there is a chance you will just shift to another body which is very close to the exit. BUT this game have great potential. I hope you keep working on the game. That was my brutally honest opinion

That is the matter of luck and weak labyrinth design of course. To be honest the labyrinth was made in last half of hour before deadline. So, of course, it should be better.

I dont know how he switches between people, but it was interesting to try. Its short yes, but it wasn't bad. Although I'll be honest and say it isn't something I would replay. Thanks for the game.

Thank you for playing it!

Switching is random, you can't control it.

Oh I meant the algorithm used to randomize that, if it follows some logic or its just some randomizer outside of the developer too.

It just casts a circle around current body and choose a new one at random from the cast results.
